Cassandra

Cassandra
ever lived is a matter of dispute. Catholic scholars no longer give credence to the fabulous story of her martyrdom. But the name of a spiked wheel memorializes her, as does any circular window with radiating spokes, sometimes called a rose window. A Catherine wheel is a kind of firework in the form of a wheel. It is driven round by the recoil from the explosion of the various squibs of which it is composed.
